"Ricky build a kitchen extension for us including a kitchen wall knock through through and demolition of the existing outhouse. He was consistently good humoured, steadily working through the different stages with a practiced confidence. Ricky and Colin worked well with the building regs officials to make sure all work was passed first time. He was able to calmly deal with any unexpected snags and his work was always ordered, clean and tidy. Skills used were careful demolition and to clearing to skips, machine extraction of footings whilst protecting utilities, organising a concrete pour with a 60M pump, building up to damp, screed, organising other trades (windows, roofer, chippy, taking out supporting wall and inserting steel beam, boarding up, bonding. Costing was always very clear and I would recommend Ricky as a diligent competent and careful builder".
